I had such an amazing experience at Smiles Pediatric Dentistry and I can’t recommend them enough. I came in with both of my kids for my 4-year-old daughter’s dentist appointment, and right away I felt welcomed. Both kids were happily playing in the little house at the front while we waited, which helped calm everyone down before being called back. When it was time, they did an X-ray on my daughter, and I was honestly shocked in the best way. She stayed completely still and cooperated the whole time with Shu. This was huge for us because my daughter has autism and usually has a hard time sitting still or being touched. Normally there is squirming or crying, but this time she did amazing. Shu was absolutely wonderful with both kids. When it came time for her teeth cleaning, he talked to my daughter the entire time and explained every step before doing anything. That made such a big difference. She stayed calm and still for EVERYTHING. I can’t even explain how happy I felt. This visit was completely different, and I was so pleased. We were in and out quickly for my daughter, and while checking out they told me they could fit my son in the same day too. We decided to go for it, and everything went perfectly with him as well. The whole team made me and my kids feel so special. They made me feel calm, supported, and happy knowing my daughter was able to get her teeth checked without stress. Thank you so much to Shu and Dr. Piper for being so patient, kind, and caring. We truly appreciate everything you did for our family. I’m so grateful we found this place.
